Yin Yoga Workshop

Yin Yoga is a practice of long-held, deeply relaxing poses designed to elongate and apply healthy stress on connective tissues such as tendons, ligaments, and fascia. This practice can be quite challenging and it’s important to understand how to be mindful while holding the posture.
