Sound Bath Meditation
Take a relaxing journey through meditative sound and frequencies. Relax, listen, and feel the vibrations of healing instruments-- Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowl, Gong, and Wind Chimes!
A sound bath is an experience that may also be labeled as other names – sound healing, sound therapy, sound bowl experience, sound meditation. Nonetheless, a sound bath experience is a powerful experience that can help calm your mind for deeper, easier meditation.
Tibetan singing bowls help heal the body with their peaceful notes and vibrations that match the frequency of our seven chakras. Sometimes we experience uneasy moments of life, trouble sleeping, physical pain, emotional pain, or simply unbalanced feelings. Relax during a sound bowl healing meditation session and experience the benefits of vibration.
