Class Description:

Hatha Blend

Monday 6:30 to 7:30pm

As we end the day at the start of our week, this class will mindfully focus on clear alignment with flow and breath work for a well-balanced practice. 

 

Using classic postures with smoothly flowing movements synchronized with your inhalations and exhalations, sequences will be designed to help bring a greater sense of self awareness.

 

Our key focus will rest on strength, flexibility, and stress reduction while offering the opportunity to expand and deepen your practice through variations offered to make poses less intense or more challenging.
