Class Description:

Stretch & Restore

Monday 6:30 to 7:30pm

A soothing and nurturing class that combines the best of gentle flow yoga with restorative elements to give your body relaxation. The class will start with grounding meditation moving into mindful, deep stretches working on elongating muscles and loosening sore joints. Then finishing with restorative poses helping to further remove stresses and finding that Zen.

It's a great way to start the week!
