Private Sessions
Whether you are new to yoga or want to deepen your personal practice, private sessions are available for one-on-one or small groups.
We offer these sessions for many types of practice including asana (poses),
pranayama (breathwork) & meditation.
We will pair you with an instructor based upon your needs and availability;
each 60-minute lesson will be tailored specifically to you.
Private sessions are available by appointment.
