Powerflow Yoga

Level 1-2

A fast-paced Vinyasa practice that connect breath to movement. It is set to an energetic playlist that will motivate you as you build heat in the body, increase strength and muscle tone, and reset your mind through clear intentions.

 

During class, each pose will be broken down for proper alignment and options will be offered for any level of the Yogi.
