Step away from your daily stresses and soothe your body and mind with this relaxing yoga class.
Starting with restorative and yin yoga, we open the body through passive stretching, supported by props.
Yoga Nidra requires nothing of you but to lie down and listen. Be supported, held, and nourished as you discover profound peace while tapping into new sources of energy. Through the use of breath awareness, body scanning, and guided imagery, we activate the ‘relaxation response’, the body’s natural healing state.
