You will be given all the pieces: air plants, seashells, driftwood, etc to create a lovely living piece of beachy summer art along with complete instructions & assistance. No two will be alike! Price is just $30 per person and as always, lunch will be included. If you have a dietary need, please let us know ahead of time. You can sign up for this workshop here.

Welcome back Sabrina!! To help us while I am out for a bit, Sabrina will be back in the studio teaching my classes. Welcome her back and lets show her how much we love and appreciate her being part of our yoga family!

Helping others warms the heart!
Each year we collect donations for different purposes. In case anyone is wondering, the donations I get from the beach classes go to 3 different places. I ask my studio yogis to feel free to contribute as you want and can. There will be a designated box and list at the studio for you. These are who I donate supplies &/or cash to:
Wimauma Elementary School Teachers – usually I do a school supplies drive but this year I want to do a teacher supplies drive. The teachers are required to supply the majority of their teaching supplies as well as help kids with supplies. Their paychecks are small to begin with so having so much come out of their own pocket can be stressful on top of all else at school. This year we will support a much over-looked school and also because one of our own students is a teacher there! They are in need of: posterboard, dry erase makers, ink pens, fine-tip marker pens. For a complete list, click here.

Another place I donate is to the food bank at Seaglass Church. They allow us to use their lawn for parking for the studio and have a small food pantry which needs some donations. You’re welcome to drop off donations with me (home or studio) or directly at the church. The items they most prefer are: pasta, pasta sauce, rice, instant potatoes, canned soups, cereal, oatmeal, canned meat, canned beans, canned veggies, peanut butter and jelly. If you or anyone you know is in need of assistance, you can also pick up food from them. They are open on Mondays from 6-7pm. No ID required and you do not need to be part of their church family. There are no questions asked, just pull up to the side and they help.

And of course, the place we donate to most often is C.A.R.E. Animal Shelter. They are always in need of food and cleaning supplies. Remember that when there are people who are hungry, there are furbabies who also are hungry.

With the fall returning, we hope to bring you more classes and workshops. If you anyone you know is interested in being a yoga instructor or has their certification, and lives close by, please contact us! We are always looking to welcome new instructors to our family.

Beach Classes
The weather has been a bit unpredictable, but then, it IS Florida and usually this way. However, we are still doing our best to offer the free beach classes when we can. We meet at the Apollo Beach Nature preserve on Tuesdays at 630pm and Saturdays at 8am. For more information, visit the Shore Bliss Yoga website under the Beach Yoga tab or visit the Utsava Beach Yoga Facebook page.

We thank you for being a part of our yoga family!

If you are in need of any assistance of any kind, please let us know and we will do what we can to help.
