Gentle/ Chair Yoga
Tuesday & Thursday 10:30am
A therapeutic blend of gentle stretches combined with restorative postures completely accomplished while in seated and prone/ lying back positions. Special attention is given make sure no stress or pressure is placed on the joints.
This class is designed to facilitate strong bones, healthy joints, improved balance and a calmer mind.
Great for beginners and students who have special needs or limitations, as well as those simply wanting to take it slow.
