Entering the studio:

  • Please wash your hands before leaving home &/ or use hand sanitizer (of which some will be provided

outside our door) before entering the studio.

  • Please leave shoes outside. Small bags and personal items are allowed to be taken to your practice space.

  • We encourage everyone to wear face-coverings upon arrival and into the studio until you are on your mat for the start of class.

  • The door will be propped open at least 15 minutes before class and until 5 minutes after start to minimize contact points in the studio.

Check-In:

  • You will be greeted at the door before entering. You can give your name at that time and we will acknowledge your reservation to check you into class. If you do not have a reservation or are on the wait list, you will be asked to wait outside or in your car.

  • You will be asked to sign a Covid-19 Waiver before attending your first class back. You can view and print it here for quicker and safer signing.

  • Please proceed to an open spot practicing good social distancing.

Once inside the studio:

  • All setup spots will be designated with a decal  on the floor, as well as photos on the wall. A small towel will also be at each place for your use during class, placed there by a team member wearing a face-covering.

  • If you are bringing your own mat, please wipe it down as you set up (wipes are provided and can be passed out by your instructor as needed). If you need to borrow a mat or blocks, please notify your instructor and she will bring them to you. If you need a blanket or bolster, please bring them with you. We will also have some props for purchase. Ask your instructor for details.

  • The top of your mat needs to be placed on the decal on the floor and unroll back, this ensures our 6 -foot minimum. Please listen and follow your instructor for maintaining your position on the mat as you move through the sequence (eg- top of the mat, bottom of the mat, etc).

  • If you have to cough or sneeze during class, please immediately cover your face with your hand towel (provided) or face covering.

End of class:

  • Please exit the studio within 5 minutes after your class ends. Please keep conversations outside in the beautiful sunshine.

  • Please put your face-covering back on and take your towel to the laundry basket provided at the door.

  • If you borrowed a mat or blocks, please leave them in place so that a team member can sanitize and remove it to prepare for the next class.
