Weekly Class Descriptions:
Gentle & Level 1
In this restorative class, the teacher will guide students into rejuvenating postures held for several minutes that will soothe the nervous system and alleviate tension while allowing musculoskeletal release finding a connection to self and a higher/ inner consciousness.
Ample time will be given between each Asana (physical posture) while maintaining mind and body connection. In order to achieve full potential from these held poses, the use of props such as the wall, chairs, bolster, blocks and belts will be provided.
