Hatha I

Tuesday 6pm

Level 1 with some Level 2 options

This class will help to develop a more balanced body by emphasizing proper body positioning and alignment, creating core strength and stability, and improving muscle tone and flexibility.


Through skilled instruction and practice, students learn to penetrate beyond the physical body to the inner layers of mind, energy and spirit, gaining vitality, clarity and calm through the practice. Through consistent presentation and instruction of modifications and progressions this class will appeal to any fitness level. And as with most yoga instruction, gentle flow, affirming relaxation techniques and meditative components are also incorporated.
